The project consists of a permit allowing expansion including: 1) 1-hour per day increase in permitted hours; 2) increase in volume limit to allow 50,000 cubic yards initially and, after at least two seasons of operation in compliance, a maximum of 100,000 cubic yards, as stated in the Conditional Use Permit; and 3) total acreage increase from 20 to 56 acres.
