NOP - Notice of Preparation of a Draft EIR
The project is designed to accommodate the growing telecommunications and other local industries who require additional space. The project total square footage is 650,000 gross square feet (GSF). It proposes the construction and operations of approximately 128,700 square feet of retail and office uses and 521,3000 square feet of corporate facilities buildings with associated parking, infrastructure and landscaping. A "backbone" infrastructure system is proposed to extend utilities and access into the site in a logical and orderly manner. Architectural and landscape design guidelines are proposed to facilitate an attractive and visually cohesive project over time.
