Document Description
The U.S. Pipe and Foundry Company has proposed to close its approximately 8-acre Class II (special waste) landfill at the 1295 Whipple Road facility while concurrently opening an adjacent 6.9-acre (solid waste) Class III landfill. The landfill closure and expansion will be implemented in accordance with California State Code Title 27, Division 2, Chapter 3, Section 2, Article 2 as well as other federal, state and local statutes.
