The proposed project would involve demolishing an existing apparatus building, barracks building, storage building, and fuel station; constructing replacement barracks, apparatus, and fuel station buildings; installing a 20,000 gallon water tank; and paving portions of the site. This project is necessary because both the layout of the station and the design of the buildings are no longer compatible with the station's modern equipment and the barracks building cannot accommodate the current number of station personnel.
