Document Description
SAA R3-2002-0202 The operator proposes to construct a dam to create a 35-acre foot reservoir on an unnamed tributary to Bale Slough, located near 2095 Sulphur Springs Avenue, St. Helena, Napa County, to irrigate approximately 97-acres of wine grapes. The dam will be approximately 22-feet in height and 300-feet in length. The capacity of the reservoir will be approximately 35-acre feet with a surface area of approximately 3.6 acres. A water rights permit was issued by the State Water Resources Control Board on Spetember 19, 2000 under application 30096 of Lewelling Family Trust B, filed on April 7, 1992.
