As proposed, the application includes three components. The first part includes an amendment to California Commerce Center South Specific Plan to change the land use designation at the southwest corner of Haven Avenue and Mission Boulevard from Commercial/Office to Industrial and Business Park. The land fronting Excise Avenue (16.8 acres) is proposed to change from Commercial/Office to Industrial. The property at the northwest corner of Haven Avenue and Philadelphia Street (1.8 acres) is proposed to remain as Commercial/Office. The property on the west side of Haven Avenue, south of Mission Boulevard (4.5 acres) is proposed to change from Commercial/Office to Business Park.
