The proposed project consists of the renovation of the existing two-story, 6,000 square feet Coronado Island Marriott Resort spa facility and the addition of 1,617 square feet and 15,946 square feet to the first and second levels, respectively, for a total new building area of 23,563 square feet. The first-level plans include a completely remodeled new lobby, salon, and new retail space. The second-level addition which will replace three of the existing tennis courts, will include administrative offices, a spa cafe and juice bar.
