SAA #1600-2003-5048-R6 Grade and develop approximately 100 acres into a residential development of 488 single-family lots, a 10 acre school site, and a 7.5 acre park site which will include a 2 acre lake. The project will impact 0.60 acres of wetlands and riparian habitat.
