Document Description
The project proposes to redevelop the 6.31-acre (3.87-acre developable) Block 104/105 site, which is currently occupied by retail, commercial, office, and residential uses. Additional features of the project include a 331-space subterranean parking garage and a 15-space, ground-level parking court on Fifth Street. All structures and landscaping would be designed to comply with the Downtown Specific Plan. The project, as proposed, is compatible with the zoning and General Plan land use designations of the project site, however, Special Permits may be necessary for encroachment into the minimum ground floor and upper-story setbacks, depending on final building design.
