Document Description
The project is the minor subdivision of 4.5 acres into two single-family residential lots. The site is on a moderate east-facing slope with a drainage along the eastern border of the site. The project includes open space easements for the protection of the drainage and the associated wetland habitat. The Rincon Del Diablo Municipal Water District will serve the site and both lots will have on-site septic systems. Mitigation for impacts to native vegetation includes the on-site preservation of habitat and the purchase of land off-site in an approved mitigation bank as required by the Multiple Species Conservation Program.
