Document Description
Proposed is the expansion and renovation of an existing 5.8 acre park. Once expanded the Park will be 9.5 acres. Proposed improvements include renovation of the existing community center, development of a grass field, new basketball courts, handball courts, children's play area, interactive waterplay feature, small recreation pool, restrooms, open air shade structure, reuse of portions of existing buildings totaling 14,000 square feet. The park will continue to provide a location for weekly Farmers Market.
