The proposed project consists of constructing a K-6 school on 11.85 acre parcel (River Oaks) which will be purchased from owners or through eminent domain. School will include up to 29 portable structures to be replaced with 1 permanent administration building, 1 permanent multi-purpose room, and up to 24 classrooms. Also included are 2 paved playgrounds, 2 appartus playgrounds, and 2 parking lots.
