Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#6-112-00) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, S-P East Highlands, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct a single-family residential development comprised of 29.0 acres. The project development affects a 0.77-acre degraded seasonal pond resulting from the filling of the pond. Irrigation is the principal source of water supporting the pond, as described in the submitted application. The project is located in the City of Highland in San Bernardino County.
