Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal of two surface parking lots and the construction of two entertainment production studio buildings. Development proposed on the 3131 Exposition Boulevard site involves construction of a 152,000 square foot, three-story building. In addition to replacing 178 existing parking spaces that will be displaced by the proposed building, Lantana South will provide 473 new parking spaces. Development proposed on the 3030 Olympic Boulevard site would involve construction of a 64,105 square foot, three-story building with a two-level, subterranean parking garage. In addition to replacing 218 existing parking spaces what will be displaced by the proposed building, Lantana East will provide 225 new parking spaces. The 100-foot wide Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) public transportation corridor separates the non-contiguous parcels.
