Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 (SAA #R6N-035-2000) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Caltrans. The applicant will construct a stormwater drainage/diversion structure (training dike) along a section of US Highway 395 to divert stormwater northward to an existing drainage channel to flow into an existing culvert under the highway. Construct a new channel approximately 9.75 meters (32 feet) wide and 305 meters (1000 feet) long, permanently disturbing approximately .20 hectares (.73 acres) of ground. The operator will provide mitigation for highway construction impacts to existing wetland/riparian areas.
