This proposed project involves the development of 28 acres of a 99-acre undeveloped parcel into a residential subdivision. The project includes a 161 lot single family detached residential development with 26 affordable housing and 6 open market rate condominium units. The project includes the development of pedestrian paths and infrastructure.
