The proposed project is the construction of an interchange between Soledad Canyon Road and a not yet constructed portion of Golden Valley Road. As part of the proposed project, Golden Valley Road would be constructed as an overpass that crosses Golden Triangle Road, the SCRRA/Metrolink railroad tracks, and Soledad Canyon Road.
