There are fifteen lots with frontage on Alloway Lane. The current zoning is R-1 MH (Low-Density Residential, Mobilehome Combining District) and R-2 (Medium-Density Residential). The General Plan has designated Alloway Lane and vicinity as Residential. Both zoning and land use along the north and south of Alloway Lane are mixed single and multiple family residential.
Document Description
The Alloway Lane Drainage Improvements Project consists of the acquisition of temporary construction and permanent drainage easements, and the design and construction of approximately 1,330 lineal feet of 24" RCP pipe and approximately 36 lineal feet of 18" RCP pipe. Water will be collected and then conveyed from the west end of Alloway Lane via underground drainage lines running southerly along Wiseman Street and then easterly along an east/west running drainage easement between Wiseman Street and Oswell Street.
