Document Description
The applicant, RiverPark LLC, is proposing a specific plan for a 701-acre site consisting of commerical, office, residential, institutional, public facilities and open space land uses to replace and expand the Oxnard Town Center Specific Plan area. At full buildout, the specific plan would allow up to 2,805 residential units, approximately 2.48 million square feet of commercial uses, a 600 room hotel, various public facilites including three school sites and miscellaneous open space areas.
