The proposed project consists of a proposed Specific Plan to regulate the use of land within an approximate 695-acre area located immediately north of the Ventura Freeway (US 101) between Vineyard Avenue (SR 232) and the Santa Clara River. Various land uses are proposed within the Specific Plan Area including residential, commercial, public facilities and open space uses.
