Document Description
The proposed project involves construction of a 110-unit residential development, a three-par 18-hole golf course, and an internal loop roadway north of Carlisle Canyon Road. The developed portion of the tract will total 83.4 acres. The tract total is 320.08 acres. The golf course portion of the project was constructed in September 2003 and has been operating since March 2006. Rough grading of building pads was initiated in spring 2013 and is ongoing.
