Document Description
The project will replace the existing main sewer line at four locations where it crosses the creek. Three of the crossings will be elevated, and one will cross a tributary upstream from the creek. The project is located approximately 5 miles northwest of the intersection of Hwy 101 and State Hwy 1, in San Luis Obispo County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0350 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mr. Paul Helwer.
