Document Description
Proposed project would construct several new facilities and upgrade others at the Wastewater Treatment Plant to meet effluent discharge requirements and provide adequate redundancy and reliability. New facilities would include oxidation ditches, headworks, influent pump station, secondary clarifiers, effluent filters. Sludge drying beds would be modified. Sewer line would be replaced with full-size parallel pipeline within the existing alignment.
