The project proposes to construct a direct connector that will link the High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes on State Route 57 and State Route 60. The project also includes realigning the Grand Avenue on-ramp to westbound State Route 60, extending to Brea Canyon Road, and adding a lane to the Grand Avenue off-ramp from northbound State Route 57; eastbound State Route 60.
