Document Description
The proposed project consists of a grading plan for a large single-family estate residential. The total area of the property is 3.11 acres and the project proposes to grade the majority of the site. The project proposes 393 cubic yards of cut, at a maximum cut slope ratio of 1.5:1 for the minor slopes and 2:1 for major slopes, within a maximum vertical height of 9 feet. Also, the project proposes 36,150 cubic yards of fill operation and will require 35,757 cubic yards of imported soil from a legal site. Currently, the soil is stockpiled on-site. Moreover, the grading proposes the incorporated a loffelstein retaining wall system s a part of the landscaping plan for the proposed project.
