The applicants wish to obtain zoning to bring existing uses into conformance (contractor's storage yards on 10.58 acres, office on 1.49 acres, plant nursery on 5 acres, beauty salon in existing residence on 1.88 acres), to establish a new ATV sales and service facility (on property formerly occupied by a bar destroyed by fire) on 1.49 acres, and to establish a new church facility on 2.56 acres.
