The applicant proposes the development of single family residences in San Jose, California. The project will impact approximately 0.23 acres of seasonal wetlands along Silver Creek and three unnamed intermittent tributary streams to Silver Creek. The inlet structure will allow excess flows to re-enter Silver Creek below the mitigation area.
