Document Description
CDFG is executing SAA #1436-99 pursuant to section 1603 of the FGC to the project applicant, Focus Realty Services. The applicant proposes to enclose a total of 260 linear feet of ephemeral stream in two culverts. One of the 54" culverts will be 190 feet in length and the other 70 feet in length. The creek will remain open for approximately 135 feet. Revegetation shall take place, and replanted trees shall be monitored for 5 years.
