Create a new underground circuit from North Oaks substation, south to a manhole on Sandy Drive, in order to provide electricity demands of new development occuring in the area. The new underground circuit would go under the bed of the Santa Clara River. Requiring a 24" wide, 460' long and 20' deep trench with the encase conduit placed at 18' deep.
