The California Department of Transportation proposes to upgrade the facilities at the Miles Rest Area. Construction activities include: Reconstruction of the canopy over the breezeway, reconstruction of three canopies over public picnic tables, rebuild four partitions outside the restroom entrances, retile bathroom walls, redesign wooden privacy covers, replace roof for informational kiosk.
