Document Description
The Department o Toxic Substances Control has approved a Class 1* modification pursuant to Califonria Code of Regulation, Title 22, Section 66270.42, to allow the acceptance of four newly listed federal waste codes. These newly listed federal waste codes derived from petroleum refining processes include K169, K170, K171, and K172. Romic will use the same hazardous waste management units to store and/or treat the newly listed federal waste codes.
