The project will consist of replacing the existing underground (u/g) fiber otic cable and telephone switching systems on Nebo Base and Yermo Annex at MCLB Barstow, CA., to include improvements to manholes and conduit distribution. This CEQA document concerns itself with the nonfederal, off Base National Trails Highway portion of the fiber optic work and Daggett-Yermo Road.
