Document Description
The project consists of a request to construct senior restricted apartments on 6.6 acres. The project is located on the west side of Peabody Road, south of Alamo Creek and north of Southwood Drive at the end of Eastwood Drive. The building is comprised of a total of 14 individual one and two story buildings with 78 units of approximately 67,525 square feet. The main entrance faces Eastwood Drive and no access from Peabody.
