Document Description
The Project is the Amendment to the Southeast Vallejo Redevelopment Project Final Plan (the "Redevelopment Plan") to amend and establish certain financial and time limits set forth in the Redevelopment Plan. Specifically, the Amendment would (1) increase the number of dollars of taxes (tax increment revenue) that may be divided and allocated to the Agency pursuant to the Plan; (2) amend the time limit on the establishing of loans, advances and indebtedness to finance the redevelopment program under the Redevelopment Plan; (3) establish a termination date for the Redevelopment Plan; and (4) establish that the Agency shall not pay indebtedness or receive property taxes after the termination date for the Redevelopment Plan established under the Amendment.
