The project consists of the following: (1) A General Plan Amendment to change the land use of 38.88+/- acres from Recreation to Low Density Residential; (2) A Community Plan Amendment and corresponding Rezone from Recreation (O) to Residential Density 5 (RD-5) on 16.23+/- acres and on 22.65+/- acres; (3) A Tentative Subdivision Map, known as Lakeside Lots 12, 19, and 20 to divide 38.85+/- acres into 133 single family lots, 4 landscape corridors and a 5+/- acre park extension to the Toby Johnson Park; (4) A Special Development Permit to allow the project to be served by private streets; (5) A Development Agreement Amendment; (6) A Zoning Ordinance Amendment to approve the Development Agreement Amendment; (7) A Release from the prior Zoning Agreement adopted by Resolution No. 90-1109; and (8) An Exception from Title 22.110.040 (b)(2) to allow only one point of access.
