Document Description
The project would renovate the existing main stage theater, including new seating, and a new permanent tent structure. A new performance stage and rehearsal stage are also proposed. In addition, improvements to the box office, retail, and restroom facilities are planned. A new concession area will be built, and the lobby will be renovated. Outdoor lobby courtyard spaces will be enhanced.
