Document Description
Expansion of existing 40-acre quarry and processing facility to approximately 69 acres. 19 acres of the existing site will not be further disturbed, and portions will be reclaimed by the Forest Service. The expansion area will be developed and reclaimed in phases and is intended to provide aggregate for use by the Forest Service on National Forest roads and by private parties for road projects in the vicinity. The life of the project is estimated at 40 years, depending on aggregate demand. Total extraction over the life of the mine is estimated at 647,600 cubic yards.
