Document Description
The proposed project would include development of the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART) West Dublin/Pleasanton Station; a 17-acre transit village that would include a mix of residential, office and hotel uses; parking facilities for the BART station and the transit village uses; and a bus intermodal facility. The BART station would be located in the median of I-580. Office uses would be located adjacent to and south of the station in Pleasanton; hotel, residential uses, and the bus facility would be adjacent to and north of the station in Dublin.
