Subdivide 401+ acres in 172 single family residential lots plus open space lots. The residential units will be clustered in 3 acreas located on the lower portion of the site. Access to the three areas will be from Cavoretto Lane (43 lots), an extension of Castro Ranch Road (116 lots) and a new road off the eastern intersection of Tri Lane and San Pablo Dam Road (13 lots). Each single family residential lot will be a minimum of 6000 sq feet.
