The project is limited to one encroachment for the installation (and removal) of a seasonal dam on Freshwater Creek. Work for this encroachment will include: fish exclusion and relocation in coordination with CDFW; minor grading of the right bank to facilitate equipment access; clearing/relocating accumulated sediment and bed materials; installation of the flashboards and gate valve; and maintenance of the fish ladder.
