Document Description
Seven sites of levee damages occurred on the south Bear River levee during the "El Nino" floods of 1998. Repairs will be accomplished by widening the levee with engineered earth fill placed on the landside levee slope. There will be no significant adverse environmental impacts associated with this project because appropriate avoidance or mitigation measures will be implemented.
