Document Description
The project is a proposed redevelopment of approximately 30 acres of land generally located at San Gabriel Boulevard and Grand Avenue in the City of San Gabriel. Planned redevelopment of the site includes construction of a retail commercial power center totaling approximately 500,000 square feet. The center will be anchored by a 135,000 square feeet home improvement center with a 31,200 square foot garden center, a 58,00 square foot market, a 21,800 square foot book/music store, and a 40,000 square foot sporting goods retailer. In addition, a 62,000 square foot cinema, 167,00 square feet of retail store space and 5,2000 square feet of restaurant space wll be included in the center. A shift in the square footage of the component uses may occur during the project review process.
