Document Description
The annexation area consists of 19.01 acres, the boundaries being generally described as Davis Road and State Highway 99 to the east, Elmo Highway to the south, existing grape vineyards on the west border and existing grape vineyards on the north border. The entire 19.01-acre Davis Road Annexation Project area is located adjacent to the north boundary of the City Limits of Mc Farland within the unicorporated area of Kern County, California. The proposed development of the 19.01-acre Davis Road Annexation area will include all 19.5 acres designated for Light Industrial under the Mc Farland General Plan and M-1 (Limited Manufacturing) under the Mc Farland Zoning Ordinace. The 19.01-acre land area is comprised of one parcel under the ownership of Empire Ag Transport, which is identified as APN 060-030-07.
