The proposed project consists of adding facilities and expanding security improvements to accommodate 120 additiona forensic clients. Then added facilities would include installation of three new observation towers and a paved access road along the north side of the extended perimeter fence. Existing units would be modified. A modular facility would be installed. A new 50-car parking lot would be constructed on the east side of Circle South.
