Document Description
The Permittee proposes to construct a large commercial business park on 92 acres, formerly known as the Delco Property. The property contains unnamed storm drainages and wetlands, and was once part of the original Devereux Slough, but was drained and filled in the 1940's to make the land available for cultivation and grazing. More recently, the area was used for testing tanks, armored carriers and space vehicles. The project will be built in phases over a period of 10 to 15 years, and consists of a modern business and storage areas, and building 14 new structures, for a total of 948,782 sq. ft. on site. An additional 2,480 parking spaces are proposed, in addition to standard landscaping amenities.
