Document Description
The project applicant proposes to develop approximately 119 single-family residential units on approximately 171 acres. Portions along the western property boundary are to be preserved as open space and a permanent wildlife corridor. The project also includes a 12+- acre school site for the Las Virgenes Unified School District, and approximately five acres for public parks. It is estimated that the total grading for the project will exceed 1.25 million cubic yards. Exact grading quantities will be determined upon completion of the grading plan, which will be submitted with the tentative map.
