Modify low-flow fish passage impediment in Salsipuedes Creek. Impediment consists of a cascade structure at the base of a concrete/rock apron beneath the State Highway 1 bridge. Create migration path over existing structure for steelhead trout by strategically placing river rock on apron to create a small pool and to redirect low-volume flows toward this pool.
