Document Description
This is an application to construct a 236,708 square foot industrial warehouse/distribution building. The building will be concrete tilt-up style construction. One hundred seventy-eight (178) parking spaces will be provided with four regular handicap accessible spaces and two handicap van accessible spaces. Ten percent of the project site will be landscaped. A combination wall and landscape berm will be constructed along the Harrel Street right-of-way to screen the operation from the street. Landscaping will follow the 2nd District design guidelines for Riverside County.
