A revised Solid Waste Facility Permit to allow continued operation of the landfill, the acceptance of 13,200 tons per day of refuse; 11,700 tons per day of clean soil and 33,000 tons per week of materials for beneficial reuse mater; establishment of a remaining capacity of 74million cubic yards as of November 1, 2003; landfilling on 330 acres; an increase in the maximum elevation from 1,025 feet above mean sea level in the main canyon to 1,148 feet above mean sea level, and from 850 feet above mean sea level in the eastern canyon to 1,075 feet above mean sea level; extension of the closure date from November 2003 to October 31, 2013; extension of the hours of receipt of clean soil, equipment maintenance and alteration of the hours for construction activities.
