Expand the permitted total facility acreage from 70 to 190 acres. The permitted acreage for composting will expand from 70 to 120 acres. Increase the daily permitted tonnage from 1,100 tons per day (tpd) to 3,692 tpd. Increase the design capacity from 361,838 cubic yards to 620,294 cubic yards. Increase incoming traffic volume from 144 to 150 vehicles per day and increase outgoing traffic from 48 to 75 vehicles per day and increase outgoing traffic from 48 to 75 vehicles per day.
